How to download an add on document from the Platform

When an add on (membership, licence, certificate, etc) is purchased on the Sport:80 Platform, it may be configured with one or more of the following document types:

• E-Pass – A digital pass. E-Passes are designed to be displayed on a mobile device and stored within the devices wallet.
• PDF Card – A printable card. PDF Cards present key member details in a compact, wallet-style layout.
• PDF Certificate – A formal certificate issued to recognise an achievement, qualification, or membership status. PDF Certificates are well-suited for awards, course completions, or official accreditations.

Email Delivery

When you add or purchase an add-on that has one or more of these documents configured, the relevant document(s) will be automatically generated and sent to you by email. No additional action is needed, simply check your inbox after completing your purchase. 

Note: Documents are only sent if they have been configured on the add-on, and the add on is valid. If you believe you should have received a document but did not, please contact your organisation's administrator.

Downloading Documents Directly from the Platform

If you need to retrieve a document after addition, you can download it directly from the Platform at any time.

To download an add-on document:

1. Log in to the Sport:80 Platform.
2. Navigate to your Profile.
3. Locate the relevant Add-On under your memberships or purchases.
4. Click the Actions menu (the three-dot icon) next to the add-on.
5. Select the relevant option from the menu:
   • Download E-Pass
   • Download PDF Card
   • Download PDF Certificate

Note: Only documents that have been configured on the add-on will appear as options in the Actions menu.
