The Sports Voucher Reconciliation Report helps Centres, State Associations, and Little Athletics Australia keep track of vouchers that participants have used towards their Centre Membership.
Voucher naming conventions differ across states:
Tasmania – Ticket to Play
South Australia – Sports Vouchers
Queensland – Play On Voucher
How to Access the Report:
- Login (make sure you switch into your organisation account)
- Click ‘Reports’
- Then locate the Voucher Reconciliation Report
- Input the date selection and choose the type (if applicable)
- Click to 'Download'
What the Report Displays
For each transaction, the report includes:
Date – The date the transaction took place.
Transaction ID – The unique identifier for the payment.
Voucher Code – The specific voucher applied.
First Name – First name of the athlete.
Second Name – Last name of the athlete.
Add On Type – The name of the product the individual purchased.
Add On Template – The product template the individual purchased.
Centre – The Centre where the voucher was applied.
Centre Full Amount – The total amount the Centre should receive.
Centre Discount – The amount discounted from the Centre’s total.
State Association Amount – The amount payable to the State Association (QLD/TAS/SA).
State Association Discount – The amount discounted from the State Association.
LAA Amount – The amount payable to Little Athletics Australia (LAA).
LAA Discount – The amount discounted from LAA.
Recouped – Displays Yes if funds have been recouped, or No if they have not.
Recouped DateTime – The date and time the funds were recouped.
