If you are struggling to access the LMS or you cannot view your course material, the common reasons for this can be down to the following reasons:

You haven’t got the relevant dependencies on your profile

You haven’t paid for the item yet (e.g. the course)
If you haven't got the right dependencies on your profile yet or if you haven’t paid for the item, you will not be able to view the course on the LMS, once you have fulfilled these actions you should be able to access the course. (This may mean that you need to pay for the course or that you need to add the dependency for example adding a ‘Level 1 Coach’ qualification to your profile.)
If you have met all the criteria and you are still struggling to access the LMS, there could be an error on your account. Please contact support by clicking the support feature on the screen, if the NGB help desk are unable to assist they will escalate this to Sport:80 and a team member will be more than happy to assist you.
