Why am I not displaying on a locator widget?

If you are not displaying on the locator widget there are a few steps that you could take to resolve this issue:

1. Make sure you have ‘Opted-in’ to share your location

   • If you have not ‘Opted-in’ you will not display on the locator as you must agree to display on the locator widget

2. Make sure you have added all of your information

   • If you have not added the information, this will not display on the locator, so make sure you have added your address, contact details and so forth

   • Especially important where location is used is that your Address is one recognized by Google - use the pre-populate suggestions on your Profile form to ensure this is the case

3. Make sure you should appear on the locator widget - some locator widgets are built on specific criteria so make sure you fit this criteria, if you unsure please reach out to your NGB to see if you meet the criteria

If you have ‘Opted-in’, all your information has been inputted, and you should appear on the locator widget. If you still are not appearing on the locator there is a possibility that there could be an error, so please raise a support ticket and if your NGB cannot help with your query this will be escalated to Sport:80.
