Using the 'Advanced Filter' tool to send emails

You can send emails to individuals using the 'Advanced Filter' tool while logged into your organization account. 

1. Login to your organisation account 
2. Click 'Members' then 'List' 
3. Then click the 'Advanced Filter' button (seen near the top of your screen)
4. Run your advanced filter

5. Scroll down and click 'Apply Filter' and 'Add Selection' 
   • If you are selecting multiple parameters in an 'OR' condition, you will need to apply each filter and add to selection for each parameter
6. You will now have a list of all members who meet the 'Advanced Filters'
7. Now click 'Email Contacts'  
8. Create an email 'Subject' and 'Main Body' and then press 'Send'
