Within the Stripe admin panel there is a section to download information for each Stripe deposit. This section is called 'Payout Reports'. To get the information you require:
- Log in
- Switch into your organisation account
- Click 'Finance Admin'
- Click 'Stripe'
- Select your account
- Click 'Payout Reports'
- Set your date range for when the money was received
- Click on the report
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Download'
These reports will not work if you use your Stripe account to process payments externally of the Platform.
Note: If you use invoicing you will also need to reconcile this report separately.
