How to add an E-pass to your smartphone

E-passes provide members with evidence of a valid add on, for example, a membership, license or qualification. When an add on with an E-pass is purchased or added, you will receive an email with your E-pass.

How to Access Your E‑Pass from the Email

Apple Users (iOS)

• Click the E‑pass attachment included in the email.
• Please note: The file will only open on Apple devices.

Android Users

• A Google Wallet Pass link will be provided below the email message.
• Click the link to add the pass to your Google Wallet.

Alternative Method: Add Your E‑Pass Directly from Your Account

If you prefer, you can add your E‑pass to your smartphone directly through your account:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click ‘View Profile’.
3. Navigate to ‘Membership’ or to the relevant Add‑On that includes an E‑pass.
4. Click the ‘Actions’ menu (three dots).

5. Select the appropriate wallet option (e.g., Apple Wallet or Google Wallet).
