How to Progress from a Trial Membership to a Full Membership (LAQ)

This article explains how members on Little Athletics Australia Queensland can progress from a Trial Membership to a Standard Membership.

How to progress from a Trial Membership to a Standard Membership when Logged into your Account:

Before you start, you must ensure you have a Trial membership in a 'Current' status for your Centre

1. Login to your account
2. On your profile dashboard, locate the individual you wish to  progress from a Trial membership to a Standard membership and click 'View' next to their name
3. This will maximise their profile, click 'Centre Memberships' on the profile menu
4. You will see their 'Trial' membership type in a 'Current' status, click the line item to maximise the Centre Membership form
5. Select the new membership type you wish to take out
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to progress through the form
   1. If you are using a 'Play On!' for an eligible membership type, input the code on the relevant tab
7. Click 'Renew & Checkout' at the end of the membership form and follow the on-screen prompts
8. Once you have completed 'Check Out' your membership will now display the new membership type you have progressed onto

How to progress from a Trial Membership to a Standard Membership using the Centre Registration Link:

Before you start, you must ensure you have a Trial Membership in a 'Current' status for your Centre

1. Go to your Centre specific registration link
2. Input your email address and follow the on-screen prompts

3. click 'Select' next to the profile you are going to be upgrading the Trial membership for. Please Note: this will be likely for your child, so ensure you click 'Select' beside their name.

4. This will load the membership form

5. Select the new membership type you wish to take out
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to progress through the form
   1. If you are using a 'Play On!' for an eligible membership type, input the code on the relevant tab
7. Click 'Renew & Checkout' at the end of the membership form and follow the on-screen prompts
8. Once you have completed 'Check Out' your membership will now display the new membership type you have progressed onto
