This article explains how members can request a transfer from one club (organisation) to another. The club transfer process is only available for memberships where the club transfer feature is enabled. This setting can be found in the individual membership form under Club Select.
When completing a membership form for the first time, you may select any available club. However, once the form has been saved or payment has been completed, any change of club must be completed using the transfer process described below.
Please Note: If the transfer option is not visible in your account, it is likely that the membership you hold does not have the transfer feature enabled.
Step-by-step: How to transfer from one organization to another
- Login to your account
- Click your profile card to expand your profile
- Select 'Memberships'
- On the membership line item click 'Actions'
- Click 'Transfers'
- Click 'Start Transfer'
- Select your new club and complete the on-screen prompts
- Click 'Start Transfer'
What happens next?
- Your transfer request is now initiated
- You will need to wait for approval from the relevant organizations
- Once approved, your affiliation will automatically update to your new club
