Event entrants will receive the following automated emails when they have entered an event. The second email listed below will only be sent if it has been set up by the event organiser
- The user who has paid for the event will receive a payment confirmation email

The user who processed the entry for the entrant will receive an email to say that they have been entered into the event and if tickets have been set-up the ticket will be attached (this email has to be set up in the event admin panel)
Where entrants dependencies lapse between the point of entry and the event date itself, the user may also receive event reminders seven days prior to the event.
An entrant will only receive an event reminder if they have a requirement that is due to expire before the event takes place. The email will tell the entrant that they will need to renew the requirement before the event takes place otherwise they will not be allowed to take part. An example of this would be that their membership is due to expire before the event.
Event organizers will also receive an email notification that will contain a list of entered athletes that will be ineligible to compete unless they have renewed the necessary requirements. This enables the organizer to have a list of people to check at the event.
