Smart Lists are a powerful tool to view data, create reports and send tailored Campaigns. The filters available within the Smart Lists are specific to the client organization, depending largely on the add ons configured, but some filters are common across organizations.
Smart Lists are configured to display lists of members (also named athletes, lifters, profiles) and organizations (such as clubs or regions) within the Platform. The filters will vary depending on the add ons available to each 'body type' (e.g., individual or club).
Applying Filters
Within the Smart Lists, there is the ability to add up to five filters. These can be added by selecting 'Filters' (a).
There is the ability to add 'And' filters and 'Or' filters (b). These populate beneath the search bar and, once added, will give the ability to add further filters either 'And' or 'Or' (c).
Please note: up to five filters can be used at one time on the Smart Lists

Using Advanced Filters
Once you have selected your add on category, add on, and other filters, you will have the option to 'Show Advanced Filters'. This will offer greater granularity when filtering your data.
The format of these filters are:
- Attribute
- Condition
- Criteria
By using the advanced filters, it will be possible to harness all the information held in the Platform. The 'Attributes' will include all the fields in any of the add on forms that have been filled out, as well as standard attributes such as expiry and valid until dates.
