Smart Lists contain the ability to download reports containing the data which is displayed in the Smart List view. This can be set up by adding filters or loading and downloading a 'Saved View'. A feature of the Smart Lists is the ability to add any column of data collected in the Platform to display on the report.
Please note: up to a maximum of fifty columns can be added to each report and your access to data will be dependent on the role you hold with your organization.
How to download a report
To download a report:
- Open the Smart List and add filters or load a 'Saved View'
- Click the blue 'Actions' button on the right hand side of the screen
- Select 'Download Reports'
- The view below will appear. Select the desired columns required on your report using the toggle buttons.
- Once the selections have been made, click 'Done'
- Input a name for your report and click 'Download'
How to setup a 'Saved Report'?
The process to create and download a Saved Report follows this process:
- Create a Saved View ensuring 'In Report' columns have been set up and saved
- Load the Saved View and download the report
