When viewing the Smart Lists, the information columns displayed will automatically default to settings applied depending on your organization and access level. See example below:
The columns which display are completely customisable, and there is the ability to set the columns to display any data which is collected in the Platform.
Please note: you can only display up to a maximum of six columns on the Smart List view.
How to update the information columns
To select and change the information which is displayed in the columns, please follow these steps:
- Select the blue 'Actions' button on the top right-hand side of the Smart List
- Click 'Edit Columns'
- Find the information you would like to display on the Smart List

Ensure you select the 'In View' toggle for this information to be added
- Select 'Done' for these changes to be actioned
- You will now see the columns have been updated accordingly
'In Report' Toggles
Within the 'Edit Columns' section, there is the ability to toggle on 'In Report' for the different data columns. When this is saved, it will automatically pre-apply these selections to the columns set if download report is selected.
It is imperative these are set up to ensure downloading reports is as efficient as possible.
