How do I request a copy of my Background Screen?

If you need a copy of your Background Screening report, follow these simple steps to request it directly from NCSI.

1. Send your request to [e-mail]

2. NCSI will ask a series of security questions to verify your identity

3. Once NCSI have verified your identity, NCSI will email you a copy of your background screening report

Please Note: Sport:80 only store your background screening status and do not hold any other information relating to your screening application.
