Why can I not renew my Background Screen?

Some of our clients elect to cover the costs of Background Screens for their members, where this is the case they often put measures in place that prevent people from unnecessarily obtaining screenings. These measures include:

• Ensuring the user has a fully paid up membership
• Meets the minimum age requirements
• Have an eligible role or add on that requires them to have

Users can click on the item to find out why they are unable to complete the screening form - a pop up box will appear explaining what dependencies are required.
