Investing in our data dashboards will help your organisation save time by automating manual processes, create consistencies through standardised reporting, and plan ahead with constantly updating real-time analytics tools.

Tier 1

Access to three highly filterable (inc. by date, add-on type, and add-on sub-type) views. This tier is great for tracking trends in memberships, qualifications, compliance, events, and revenue streams without the need for manual reporting.

• Revenue overview - shows total revenue figures, average purchases and average spend per person, and revenue by any add-on type.

• Add-on overview (memberships, licences, etc) - includes validity status, validity by add-on type, action required status, age and gender status, and geographical status.

• Event overview - displays total number of events, event information, and attendee details.

 

Tier 2

As well as the Tier 1 dashboards, you will receive access to up to 15 additional different dashboard views  for your organisation. This includes dashboard views for memberships, clubs, coaches, revenue, events, and more.

Tier 3

The Tier 3 dashboards allows your organisation to have not only the set views, but creation of custom views depending on your bespoke organisation needs. The package includes all of the set views in Tiers 1 and 2, as well as any specific custom views that you require now or in the future. 

Additional Information

All three tiers are fully managed, meaning we host and maintain the system, providing ongoing upgrades, and offering support to you as required. 

The dashboards are fully integrated within the Sport:80 ecosystem, working in a way that provides you with fast, accurate and easy to access insight. There is also the ability for the dashboards to send scheduled, recurring emails to users who have log ins. This will allow you to receive regular views of your choice, straight to your inbox.
