When managing memberships, add-ons, or services within the Sport:80 platform, you’ll see different status labels. These statuses indicate the current state of your item and whether any action is required. Below is a clear explanation of each status:
Current (Valid)
- Definition: The item is active and valid. No further action is required.
Lapsed (Invalid)
- Lapsed: The expiry date has passed, so the item is no longer valid.
- Invalid: The process was started but not completed.
Action Required
- Definition: The item does not meet certain requirements to be valid.
- What to Do: Click on the line item to see exactly what needs to be completed.
Suspended
- Definition: The item has been manually suspended by an administrator for a specific reason.
Unpaid
- Definition: The item is awaiting payment in the checkout basket (user’s perspective).
Lapsed – Pending Payment
- Definition: The item is awaiting payment in the checkout basket (admin’s perspective).
Invalid – Pending Payment
- Definition: The item is awaiting payment in the checkout basket (admin’s perspective).
Pre-Paid
- Definition: A payment has been made for a future add-on. It will become Current once the start date is reached.
Pre-Paid – Pending Payment
- Definition: A payment has been initiated but is awaiting confirmation.
Quick Tips
- Check your checkout basket if you see any “Pending Payment” status.
- For Action Required, click the item to view specific steps.
- If you believe an item is incorrectly marked as Suspended, contact your administrator
