As an organization account, sometimes you will need to add members to your account. When adding a member, you will have the choice of adding 'A New Member', 'An Existing Member', or 'Member Bulk Upload'.
How to add a member that already exists
To add a member that already exists in the platform, all you will need to do is follow these steps:
- Login and switch into your organization account
- Click 'Members' and click 'List'
- Click 'Add New Member'
- Click 'An Existing Member'
- Choose whether you want to 'Add Manually' or 'Upload CSV'
Add Manually
Follow the on-screen prompts and select the level of access you wish to receive. Once you have completed the form, click 'Submit' to submit your request invitations.
Upload CSV
Follow the on-screen prompts and then download the template. Once you have downloaded the template, you will need to complete the template and then upload this to the platform and then click 'Submit'.
Note: CSV format must match template otherwise you will encounter errors with uploading the CSV.
Levels of access:
Event - You will only be able to enter the athlete in competitions.
Full - You will be able to enter them into competitions as well as renew/ add memberships and change their profile.
Note: If you wish to request 'Full' access the member will receive an invitation to notify them of your request. The athlete will then need to either accept or decline the invitation by clicking the link in the email invitation or by going to the 'Pending Management Requests' in the account settings of the Primary Contact on the profile.
How to add a new member:
- Login and switch into your organization account
- Click 'Members'
- Click 'List'
- Click 'Add New Member'
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the form
- Click the action button that suits your next action (see below)
Done & Add Membership:
This will create a profile for the member you have just completed the form for and then you will be redirected to the membership form for the profile you have created so then you can add membership for this profile.
Done & Add Another:
This will create a profile for the member you have just completed the form for and they will now appear in your members list. A new form will now appear for you to complete to create another profile for your club.
Done:
This will create a profile for the member you have just completed the form for and they will now appear in your members list.
Member Bulk Upload:
This is where you would like to Bulk Upload an 'Add On' for new and existing profiles in the platform.
- Login and switch into your organization account
- Click 'Members' and click 'List'
- Click 'Member Bulk Upload'
- Select the 'Type' (this is the type of 'Add On' you would like to upload)
- Download the template
- Complete the template and once completed make you back to the platform and return to this screen
- Decide whether you want to create accounts
- Upload the file and click 'Submit'
