The switch account function allows individuals to 'switch' into their organization profile, from their personal account. This will only be available for individuals who hold a role with one or more organisation(s).
The ‘Switch Role' tool has been renamed to ‘Switch Account’, and has moved from the left-hand menu to the top right corner of the Platform’s interface.

Step-by-Step
To switch between accounts, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
- In the top-right corner of the dashboard, you'll see a profile icon - click this
- A dropdown menu will appear once clicked, select the button labelled 'Switch Account'
- You'll see a list of accounts available to you - click the account you would like to access
- Select the blue 'Switch Account Button' beneath the list of accounts - this will redirect you to the selected account's profile
Note: The steps for switching accounts on mobile are nearly identical to the desktop version. However, on mobile, only your profile icon is visible—your name won't appear until you tap the icon.

I don’t see a list of accounts after clicking “Switch Account”
The “Switch Account” option is visible to all users, but if you only have one role assigned, you’ll only see that one listed. It could be that your access has changed or expired.
If you believe you should have access to additional roles (e.g., club administrator, NGBs, etc.) contact your organisation or our support team to have them added.
I accidentally switched to the wrong account
No worries — you can switch back at any time using the same profile icon. Click your profile icon again, choose “Switch Account”, and select the correct role from the list.
