This article explains how an end user can update their own email address.
Note: If a user attempts to update to an email address that exists elsewhere in the Platform they will be blocked from making an amendment and the respective organisation will need to intervene.
Step-by-Step
- Login
- Navigate to the menu in the top right corner
- Click your account icon
- Click 'Profile'
- Navigate to the 'Contact' tab
- Update your email address
- Click 'Save'
