What can a User first see?
When you log in to your account on the Platform you will be taken to a page that will display a profile card for yourself and all the individual athletes that you manage.
If you have a role within an organization you will also be asked which account you wish to view. you can choose to be taken to your 'Personal Account' or that of the organization(s). After selecting an organization, that organization’s profile will be displayed.
Why can I not see my profile?
Once you log in you must click on the profile from the card or list view to view all areas of your profile.
If you cannot see your own profile or suspect it may be under the primary control of another user or under a different e-mail address, please DO NOT add another athlete profile, rather click 'Support’ to assist in solving the access issue.
Where on my profile can I find all my information?
Once you have accessed your profile card, you can select from the menu options listed. Your information will be a combination of your personal profile and what are called 'Add Ons'. Add ons are items that relate to membership, licences, certifications, etc and are listed in the menu options for you to select.
Where can I change my password?
All user settings can be found by clicking on the user image (or placeholder logo) in the top-right corner fo the screen.
By clicking on this icon and then selecting ‘Settings’ from the dropdown you can change the password as well as control who has access rights to your profile.
If you are unable to access your profile as you have forgotten your password. You can reset your password by following these steps from the login screen:
- Navigate to the Platform and click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link
- Add your email address and click ‘Reset’
- You will be sent an email with a link to reset
- Click the link
- Follow the instructions on the screen to enter (and re-enter) your new password
- You will be logged in to the platform automatically and should be able to login in future using these details
Ensure that any autofill settings on your computer/ browser are removed or updated.
Where do I go to enter an event?
When logged into your personal account you can select from the side navigation bar. NGBs use different terminology here, some may show 'Events' some sports label this as 'Meets' or 'Tournaments'.
Once in the correct event type section, you can search through the listings using the search bar or using the filters to find an event to enter. Not all events that are listed will necessarily be taking entries via the Platform but you will be able to read more information by clicking on the event.
