Why has my log in 'timed out'?

For security, log in pages will 'time out' if they are open too long. This will produce an error message and prevent you logging in, even when entering the correct log in credentials. For example, if the tab is left open while logged out overnight, the Platform will prevent logging in and produce the error message. Sport:80 suggest that you do not leave to log in page open for long duration of times to avoid receiving this error.

To overcome the 'time out', you will need to refresh the page or load a new tab with the Platform log in page. If this does not work immediately, Sport:80 suggest you clear your cache and/ or restart your browser.
