What are fees?

Fees are card and processing costs associated with taking payments and are typically a percentage of the transaction cost.

Note: Fees are calculated differently for each organization, so they may only be visible at checkout, or may not be visible at all to the end user if the federation has chosen to cover these fees.

How do I request a refund for an event entry?

Refunds are processed by the event organizer in line with their refund policies. If you are unsure of how you can contact the event organizer, you can use the 'Contact Support' button and a member of our team will provide you with the required contact information.
