How do I know what items are eligible for an auto renewal that currently aren't set up?
- Login into your account
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Click 'Setup Auto Renewals'
- Items that are eligible for an auto renewal will be listed here
How do I set up an auto renewal?
- Login into your account
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Click 'Setup Auto Renewals'
- Items that are eligible for an auto renewal will be listed here. All you will need to do is tick the line items that you would like to set an auto renewal for
- Click 'Setup Auto Renewals' and then follow the on-screen prompts to provide your payment information
- The auto renewal will now be set up and this automatically take payment for the item when it is up for a renewal and you will be notified via email
How do I cancel an auto renewal?
- Login into your account
- Click your profile card to maximise your profile
- Locate the Add On for example ' Individual Membership' and click the action button (three dots)
- Click 'Cancel Auto Renewal'
- Read the pop-up and click 'Ok' if you want to cancel the auto renewal
- The auto renewal will now be cancelled and no further payments will be taken
Note: Email reminders are sent to the 'Payee' email address seven days prior to an automatic payment being taken.
Changing the card on an auto renewal
Sport:80 do not store card details on auto renewals for security reasons. If you are unsure of the card used, and whether it may expire before the auto renewal is taken, Sport:80 advise you cancel the auto renewal and restart with a known, in-date card. This will avoid the auto renewal payment failing.
