How do I complete a Stripe payment?
Payment is taken in the same way as online shopping, items with a cost can be added to your basket/ cart by clicking on the ‘checkout’ icon. You will then be required to provide your card details before confirming payment.
Payments via the Platform and using Stripe are secure and no card details are stored on the Sport:80 servers. All payments are managed by Stripe within their environment and Stripe have the highest grade of payment security in the industry of online payments. Where does my receipt get sent?
Payment confirmation e-mails from within the Platform will always be sent to the e-mail address of the person logged in completing the transaction (even if the Stripe account is in a different e-mail address). Other emails, for example, the membership confirmation, will be sent to the primary contact on the account.
Where can I see my purchases on the Platform?
Each profile records the history of purchases within the ‘Purchases’ section.
This information will save within the profile of the person it relates to, even if the account is being managed by someone else (for example, a parent or club).
