The Sport:80 Platform is integrated with Stripe, meaning that card payments can be taken online quickly and securely, enabling the user to complete their purchase with instant approval. Items are not confirmed as complete/ current until payment has been processed. There are some circumstances where an NGB will need to 'approve' an item prior to it becoming valid. You'll be notified on screen that these items will require approval before they are deemed complete/ current.
How do I complete a Stripe payment?
Payment is taken in the same way as online shopping, items with a cost can be added to your basket/ cart by clicking on the ‘checkout’ icon. You will then be required to provide your card details before confirming payment.
Where does my receipt get sent?
Payment confirmation e-mails from within the Platform will always be sent to the e-mail address of the person logged in completing the transaction (even if the Stripe account is in a different e-mail address). Other emails, for example, the membership confirmation, will be sent to the primary contact on the account.
Where can I see my purchases on the Platform?
Each profile records the history of purchases within the ‘Purchases’ section.
This information will save within the profile of the person it relates to, even if the account is being managed by someone else (for example, a parent or club).
