How do I view my membership?
Memberships are attached to individual profiles, so in order to see you membership make sure you have access to the relevant profile.
To view your membership, follow these steps:

Login

Click your profile card to maximise your profile

On your profile menu click ‘Memberships’

You will now be able to view your membership
How do I add/ renew my renew my membership?
To add membership, follow these steps:

Login

Click ‘Add’ on your profile card

Follow the on-screen prompts to select your membership type and then complete the form

Once your membership has been paid you will go into ‘Current’ status (if you meet all the relevant requirements)
If the 'Add' button does not appear on your profile card, follow these steps:

Click your profile card to maximise your profile

On your profile menu click ‘Memberships’

Click ‘+ Add Membership’
-
Follow the on-screen prompts to select your membership type and then complete the form

Once your membership has been paid you will go into ‘Current’ status (if you meet all the relevant requirements)
To renew your membership, follow these steps:

Login

Click ‘Renew’ on your profile card

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your ‘Membership Renewal Details’.

Once your membership has been paid you will go into ‘Current’ status (if you meet all the relevant requirements otherwise this will go into an ‘Action Required’ status)
If the 'Renew' button does not appear on your profile card, follow these steps:

Click your profile card to maximise your profile

On your profile menu click ‘Memberships’

Click either the ‘Current’ or ‘Lapsed’ status button

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your ‘Membership Renewal Details’

Once your membership has been paid you will go into ‘Current’ status (if you meet all the relevant requirements otherwise this will go into an ‘Action Required’ status)
When can I renew my membership?
Memberships will usually have a renewal window of 30 days and this will mean that you can pay for your membership 30 days prior to your membership lapsing. Members will be reminded via email and the renewal reminders will be triggered and sent to the primary contact of the member (if enabled by the NGB):

30 days prior to expiration

7 days prior to expiration

1 day prior to expiration
If you have not renewed your membership you will also receive reminders:

1 day after expiration.

30 days after expiration.
-
60 days after expiration.
-
90 days after expiration.
Note: Some NGBs have different renewal windows, so if you are unsure please log in to your account to check. If the renewal button is not visible, it means that your membership is not yet ready to be renewed. You may be able to set up an auto-renewal (if available) or you may need to log in at a later date to renew manually.
How do I upgrade/ change a membership?
Where memberships can be changed or upgraded a 'Change Membership Type' button will be available within the platform.

Click your profile card to maximise your profile

On your profile menu click ‘Memberships’

Your membership will be displayed, click the three dots under ‘Actions’

Click ‘Edit’ and at the bottom of the form click ‘Change Membership Type’
-
Change the membership type and then either click ‘Save’ or click ‘Checkout’ (you may need to make a payment for upgrades/ changes)
