Why is my membership in an 'Action Required' or 'Pending Approval' status?

The reason why your membership will be in an ‘Action Required’ or ‘Pending Approval’ status will be down to one of the following two reasons:

• The membership has dependencies (other add ons are required before it is 'Current')

• The membership need to be manually validated by the NGB

If the membership has a dependency requirement that has not be fulfilled, all you need to do is click on the ‘Action Required’ status button and this will display the relevant requirements. Once the requirements have been fulfilled your membership will transition into a ‘Current’ status automatically.

If the membership needs to be validated by the NGB this will stay in an ‘Pending Approval’ status until the membership has been validated by the NGB and once this has been approved the membership will transition into a ‘Current’ status. The primary contact of the profile will be notified when the membership has been validated by the NGB.

Note: Items that are transitioning from 'Action Required' to 'Current' can take up to 24 hours for the platform to run automated checks. If it you have held all required dependencies for longer than 24 hours please contact your NGB directly.
