How to add or change your club affiliation

If you need to update your club affiliation on the Platform, please follow the steps below. 

 

How to Update Your Club Information

1. Log in to your account. 
2. On your Profile Dashboard, click -> on ‘Individual Membership’ or ‘Membership’ (you may need to click 'View Profile')

   

3. Open the membership form
4. Navigate to the ‘Clubs’ tab (term 'Clubs' may vary depending on your sporting body)
5. From the dropdown list, select the club you want to change to. 
6. Click ‘Save’ to confirm your update.

When You Cannot Change Your Club Information

There are situations where you may not be able to update your club yourself:

 

1. Club Transfer Required

If your sporting body uses a Club Transfer process, you will only be able to change clubs by submitting a transfer request.

• This request must be approved before your club can be updated.
• If a transfer process is in place, a notice will appear on the club selection section of your membership form.

2. Club Changes Blocked Outside the Renewal Window

Some sporting bodies configure their system to block club changes outside of the renewal period.

• This means individuals cannot change clubs during the season and must wait until the next renewal window.
• If this setting is enabled, you will remain affiliated with your current club for the full membership year.
