Most NGBs have a welcome email that is triggered once a membership is purchased or renewed. This email is different to the 'Payment Confirmation Email' that is also received and can sometimes go unnoticed in the excitement of purchasing your membership. If you lose your copy, or your first one doesn't arrive you can re-trigger it at any time by following the steps below:
- Login and switch into your account and select to 'View' the athlete you need the confirmation email for
- After maximising their profile, click 'Memberships'
- Click the 'Actions' button for the membership line item
- On actions menu click the status button 'Resend Membership Email' and then click 'OK'
