How do I affiliate to the relevant organization(s) through my membership?

As each NGB configures their platform differently, there is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, however, one or a combination of the following could apply to ensure that a member is affiliated to the relevant organization(s):

1. Selection from a list as part of the membership addition/ renewal process of clubs and/ or regions/ state/ association

2. Allocation to a region/ state based on the club selection - where the club is tied to a region/ state/ association

3. Allocation to a region/ state/ association based on zip code/postcode - normally where there is no club affiliation

4. The individual is assigned a role to an organization (a membership is not necessarily required for this)

As a result, an Individual can be linked to a number of organizations within the hierarchy of that NGB.

Note: Access permissions are set at each level and are dictated to us by the NGB during the configuration of the platform. We work closely with the NGB to ensure that only the relevant people at each organization are granted relevant information to their organization/ role.
