How to set up an auto-renewal?

Setting up Auto Renewal ensures your membership or add-on renews automatically, so you don’t need to manually process future payments.

Option 1: Set up Auto Renewal from Your Profile

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select “Setup Auto Renewals.”
4. A list of items eligible for Auto Renewal will be displayed.
5. Tick the line items you would like to enable Auto Renewal for.
6. Click “Setup Auto Renewals.”
7. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your payment details.

Once completed, Auto Renewal will be activated. Payments will be taken automatically when the item is due for renewal, and you will receive an email notification confirming the transaction.

Option 2: Set up Auto Renewal from a Specific Membership or Add-On

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to Memberships or select the relevant add-on.
3. Click the three dots (ellipsis) next to the item

5. Select “Start Auto Renewal.”
6. Enter your card details when prompted to set up the direct debit.

Your Auto Renewal will then be successfully activated.
