Why is an entry showing as ‘Incomplete’?
An ‘Incomplete’ entry status means that the user has started the process of entering but has not completed the form. In order to rectify this the user will need to click the ‘Incomplete’ status button to complete the form and then checkout.
When accepting an event invite, users will need to complete the form before their entry displays as 'Complete'. Clicking 'Accept' from the email invite alone will not complete the entry as additional information will be required.
Note: If a user has been refunded an event entry their status will revert from ‘Complete’ status back to an ‘Incomplete’ status as their entry is no longer valid.
Why is an entry showing as ‘Unpaid’ or 'Pending Payment'?
An ‘Unpaid’ or 'Pending Payment' entry status means that the user has completed the entry form but has not paid entry and the item will be sitting in their cart. In order to rectify this the user will need to click their cart and checkout.
Where events allow payment externally and an invoice has been downloaded, the status will not update to 'Complete' until the invoice has been marked as paid by the event organizer.
