There are 2 parts to event dependency checks.
Registration
The Platform enforces dependency checks at the point of registration and NOT at the point of the event. This is largely due to the fact that dependencies can change between the point of registration and the event so there’s no way to guarantee their eligibility on the date of the event at the point of registration.
Event Dates
Once entered, the 'Eligibility' checks will kick in and display whether those dependencies are still met on the event dates.
The platform will send notification emails to both the registrant, and the event organiser prior to the event if a members entry is no longer valid, and display their entry within the Platform as ineligible.
