Watch the video below to see how to transfer an athlete to another event.
Important points to remember:
- The event to which you wish to transfer your athlete/s must already be sanctioned and on the Platform
- The events must have the same Merchant ID as money cannot be transferred from one merchant to another
- Where Account and Class Codes are configured, the events must also have the same Codes, as this is designed purely for like-for-like transfers (essentially, the money doesn't actually move, it is just re-purposed)
- All financial history will remain on the event for which the payment was originally made
- Users will still need to register and use the code they are assigned on the new event.
Instructions
- Log in and navigate to 'Events Admin'
- Find the event and open the Event Admin Panel
- Select ‘Entries’
- Find and select the user(s) you would like to transfer
- Click ‘Refund/Transfer Entries’
- Select ‘Transfer’
