Using the same email address

If you are using the same email address in the Platform to previous SafeSport training, the integration should recognise the shared email address from the Center for SafeSport database and display completed training.

In some cases, the Center for SafeSport may need to allow visibility of the course to the additional NGB(s), in which case you will need to contact your NGB. 

Using a different email address

If you are using a different email address in the Platform to the one used for previous SafeSport training, you will need to contact your NGB and/ or the Center for SafeSport to resolve the visibility of your records in the Platform.
