I can't see the 'Access Training' button
You'll not find the 'Access Training Button' button in the SafeSport window under following circumstance:
- Any Member who is 17-years-old and older (based on your actual birthday) is permitted to take the SafeSport training, if the member does not meet the age requirement the 'Access Training Button' will not be visible
- SafeSport training is available to US residents - should the User not have a valid US Address, they will see a screen like this when trying to access the training
- The existing SafeSport course is 'current' and outside renewal window (usually 30 days) so therefore you don’t need further training. When a member has completed all the SafeSport training courses (Core Training and Refresh 1,2 &3) the 'Access Training Button' will not be visible. Once it has lapsed you will find the 'Access Training' button again
- If the member has not been enrolled onto the next course by the Center for SafeSport the 'Access Training Button' will not be visible - this will need to be resolved directly by the Center
- If the e-mail address tied to the User Account already has a SafeSport User linked. This might occur where a parent has previously taken SafeSport training and the child now turned 18 is made 'User of Manager Account'. In this instance it is best for the NGB to change the 'User of Manager Account' back to the parent, and to 'Create Own User Account' for the child with their own unique e-mail address
Note: If the training courses are lapsed and you needed to take training in the Platform but the 'Access Training' button is not available, you may need to reach out to 'Support' for further assistance.
