Reasons for differences in records
The Platform will only show records that are held by the Center and tagged with the appropriate departments.
There are multiple reasons why your records might not match what you thought you had:
- You hold accounts under several NGB's (if your NGB accounts and SafeSport accounts are under different email addresses then your records will not be synced)
- If you provided a certificate upload in the past this will not show, you will need to contact your NGB for further guidance to get your training to show
- If your NGB helped manually process your training, you will need to contact your NGB for further direction
- The integration with SafeSport only includes mandatory courses (Core training, Refresher 1, Refresher 2 and Refresher 3), Non - Mandatory courses will not be pulled through to the Platform by the API
- If your records in the Center for SafeSport, when viewed by admins at your NGB, do not include records with the suffix "- Sport:80" (it is this option that allows our Platform to read the record)
Note: If you think you have any missing records please get in touch with your NGB who will be able to assist further.
