Changing from SMS authentication to an authentication app:
We strongly recommend using an authenticator app over SMS. You can change from SMS to the authenticator app by following these steps:
- Log in and navigate to 'Manage 2FA' in the user settings
- Click 'Edit' next to 'Authenticator app'
- Download or open a trusted authenticator app
- Scan the QR code displayed on the screen in your authenticator app
- Enter the six digit code from the authenticator app
- Click 'Complete Setup'
- Navigate back to the 'Manage 2FA' settings
- Click 'Disable' next to the SMS number
Note: If you are unable to log in due to not receiving a 2FA, you will need to contact support to change the SMS authentication to an authenticator app.
