Changing from SMS authentication to an authentication app

We strongly recommend using an authenticator app over SMS. You can change from SMS to the authenticator app by following these steps:

1. Log in and navigate to 'Manage 2FA' in the user settings 
2. Click 'Edit' next to 'Authenticator app' 
3. Download or open a trusted authenticator app
4. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen in your authenticator app
5. Enter the six digit code from the authenticator app
6. Click 'Complete Setup'
7. Navigate back to the 'Manage 2FA' settings
8. Click 'Disable' next to the SMS number

Note: If you are unable to log in due to not receiving a 2FA, you will need to contact support to change the SMS authentication to an authenticator app.
