How do I access my refresher training?

Refresher training is a vital part to ensuring knowledge is kept up to date. This training has to be completed every 12 months. To take the refresher training:

1. Log in and go to your profile 
2. Click the Center for SafeSport Training
3. Click ‘Access Training' 
   1. The 'Access Training' button will appear 10 months after the completion of the users current course (this is done automatically by the Center and is NOT something that the Platform can control)
4. You should be automatically directed to the appropriate refresher course
5. Complete this course 
6. When you have completed this course, the status and type will update within the Platform 

Note: Courses can take up to 24 hours to display in the Platform
