Why can't I refund an entry?

The most common reason for refunds not being able to be processed is due to insufficient funds in the Stripe account for the event. 

For the majority of accounts, the payout schedule is set to daily. Therefore if the Stripe account balance does not have enough funds, you will not be able to refund the entry.
