After entering an event with tickets, you will receive an email containing your tickets, in the format which the event provider has allowed (either PDF, e-card, or both).
If you misplace or are unable to access this email, you are able to resend the tickets directly from the Sport:80 Platform.
Steps:
- Log in to your profile
- Navigate to the event, either through the left-hand navigation panel, or through the card on the user dashboard
- Select 'View' on the event
- You should now see the 'Event Overview'
- Scroll to the bottom of this page, and you will see the 'Resend Ticket Button'
- Select this, and it will trigger a new email containing your event tickets
