How to resend event tickets

After entering an event with tickets, you will receive an email containing your tickets, in the format which the event provider has allowed (either PDF, e-card, or both).

If you misplace or are unable to access this email, you are able to resend the tickets directly from the Sport:80 Platform.

Steps:

1. Log in to your profile
2. Navigate to the event, either through the left-hand navigation panel, or through the card on the user dashboard

3. Select 'View' on the event
4. You should now see the 'Event Overview'

5. Scroll to the bottom of this page, and you will see the 'Resend Ticket Button'

6. Select this, and it will trigger a new email containing your event tickets
