If you need to cancel your event entry you will need to contact the event organizer, the event organizer will then cancel your event entry and follow the refund policy they have in place. The ‘Refund Policy’ is to the discretion of the ‘Event Organizer’/ ‘NGB Organization’.
Some ‘Event Organizers’/ ‘NGB Organizations’ may have a refund policy that offers a refund, and if they do they may grant a full/ partial refund. If a refund is granted you will need to wait between 7-10 business days to receive the funds in your bank account.
Some event organizers do not offer refunds, so they will be able to cancel your event entry but you will not receive a refund.
